| Welcome To My Home Page In sickness there is health. The word health come,s from the word heal,not the dog meaning but the getting well type meaning. Some illness,s we never quite recover fully,our quality of life may have been compromised to the point that we have become depressed and sometime,s feel what is the point of going on when I can't do what I used to.I,m not the man,women,etc,etc,that I was before this illnes took hold of me. Some people even resent the good health of others and become bitter towards the world in general. What is one to do when stricten in such a way? This is not an easy task for the one who is ill,mainly because most illness,s are progressive and get worse as time goes by and this progression seems to block mental recovery for many. Get professional help and join a support group. Recovery can mean the begining a new life. |
